Designates January 23 of each year as "U.S.S. Pueblo Day" to honor the crew

Calls on Kim Jong Un and North Korea to return the U.S.S. Pueblo, which remains in commission with the U.S. Navy but is currently held in a museum in Pyongyang

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to President Trump, Governor Polis, and Colorado's Congressional delegation
