Designates the portion of Arapahoe Road from U.S. Route 36 (MM 52.29) to U.S. Route 287 (MM 60.683) as the "Road of Remembrance" to honor Boulder County World War I veterans

Honors a 1920s-era memorial project initiated by civic, veterans, and governmental groups in Boulder County, including the Lions Club-funded stone "Pillars" or "Gateway" dedicated in June 1928 with over 1,000 attendees

Authorizes the Colorado Department of Transportation to accept gifts, grants, and donations for initial placement of signs marking the designated road section

Permits CDOT to explore a cooperative agreement with Boulder County authorities for ongoing maintenance of the Road of Remembrance markings

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Transportation Commission of Colorado, CDOT Office of Transportation Safety, and the Boulder Rotary Club
