Recognizes the 20th anniversary of Latino/a Advocacy Day, an annual event that has amplified more than 5,800 Latino/a voices since the first gathering in Denver in 2007

Acknowledges Latinos/as as Colorado's largest nonwhite demographic group at 22.7% of the population

Honors past and current participants who have traveled to the State Capitol to advocate for representation and address inequities in health care, housing, education, and economic opportunity

Commits the General Assembly to creating a Colorado that works for all residents regardless of immigration status

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to COLOR (Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights) and Voces Unidas de las Montañas, conveners of the 2026 event
