Grants pharmacists independent prescriptive authority for vaccines, with the state board of pharmacy required to adopt implementing rules by September 1, 2026

Expands liability protections for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and providers administering vaccines according to state board of health or CDC schedules; manufacturer liability protections expire for claims brought on or after January 31, 2029

Removes the prohibition on using state funds for infant immunization programs when federal funding is not available

Authorizes state health agencies to consider recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Family Physicians, and similar medical organizations—in addition to federal ACIP—when establishing immunization schedules and purchasing vaccines
