Grants full voting rights to the student and faculty representatives on the Auraria Board of Directors, who currently serve as nonvoting advisory members, increasing voting membership from 9 to 11

Removes the requirement that the student representative be a full-time student and reduces the Colorado residency requirement from 3 years to 1 year prior to election

Expands the faculty advisory committee from 6 members to 9 members, with 3 elected from each of the three constituent institutions instead of 2

Current student and faculty board members automatically receive voting rights upon the effective date without needing reelection

Takes effect October 1, 2026
