Removes human trafficking for involuntary servitude and sexual servitude from the "crimes of violence" list but creates new mandatory sentencing requiring incarceration of at least the midpoint to twice the maximum of the presumptive range for these offenses

Creates enhanced sentencing (Class 2 felony) for pimping when the victim is an at-risk adult or at-risk juvenile, and for human trafficking when the victim is an at-risk adult

Permits courts to consider the source of bond money when setting bail conditions, including whether funds are likely derived from criminal activity

Replaces "child prostitution" terminology throughout Colorado statutes with "commercial sexual activity with a child" and updates related offense names (soliciting, keeping a place, inducement, patronizing)

Expands the crime of soliciting for commercial sexual activity with a child to include directly soliciting a child and adds a knowledge requirement for arranging meetings that will facilitate such activity
