Extends all state agency rules adopted or amended between November 1, 2024, and November 1, 2025, that were scheduled to expire on May 15, 2026

Applies to rules from all 20 principal state departments, including Agriculture, Corrections, Education, Health Care Policy and Financing, Human Services, Public Safety, Revenue, and Transportation

Also extends rules from the Public Employees' Retirement Association and the Board of Equalization adopted during the same time period

Amendments to specified rules that became effective before November 1, 2025, and comply with Committee on Legal Services recommendations are not affected

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
