Exempts information technology equipment intended for use in critical infrastructure from Colorado's Consumer Repair Bill of Rights Act

Defines "critical infrastructure" using federal law (42 U.S.C. SEC. 5195c) as systems or assets whose incapacity or destruction would have debilitating impact on national security, economic security, or public health and safety

Adds critical infrastructure IT equipment to existing exemptions that already include agricultural equipment and powered wheelchairs

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
