Legislative groups (caucuses, committees, clubs, or organizations with one or more General Assembly members that handle money) must submit monthly financial reports to Legislative Council Staff by the 10th of each month

Reports must include all money received, accepted, or expended, with donor names, addresses, amounts, and dates; groups with no financial activity must file a "no activity report"

Legislative Council Staff must post all reports on a publicly accessible page on the General Assembly website, with donor addresses redacted

Legislative groups must provide and maintain accurate contact information including official name, mailing address, email, and a designated legislative member for communications

Exemptions apply to campaign contributions already reported under election law (Article 45 of Title 1) and money appropriated through acts of the General Assembly
