Agricultural employers must pay overtime to agricultural employees for hours worked exceeding 60 hours per workweek

Exemptions from the overtime requirement include: employees engaged in range production of livestock on open range, decision-making managers earning at least the minimum salary threshold, and family members of family owners of agricultural employers

Removes previous statutory language requiring the director to consider "the inequity and racist origins" of agricultural employee exclusions when promulgating overtime rules

Authorizes (rather than requires) the director to adopt rules implementing the overtime requirements, including rules for salaried decision-making managers and family members of farm owners

Applies to time worked and contracts entered into or renewed on or after the act's effective date
