Designates October 2026 as Conflict Resolution Month in Colorado, joining Governor Jared Polis's existing proclamation

Encourages Coloradans to create community events promoting conflict transformation and dispute resolution practices including mediation, arbitration, facilitation, and restorative justice

Calls on state leaders to discuss and use conflict resolution principles in homes, schools, neighborhoods, congregations, and workplaces

Encourages educational programs highlighting facilitative, interest-based, and restorative practices for judges, court staff, executive branch officials, and local government employees

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Governor Polis, Chief Justice Monica M. Márquez, the Office of Dispute Resolution, the Colorado Restorative Justice Coordinating Council, and Colorado's congressional delegation
