Prohibits retired state employees from being reemployed for more than a single period of 120 calendar days, effective October 1, 2010.

Allows retired state employees to receive retirement income during any reemployment period.

Permits retired members elected to serve in the General Assembly to resume membership in the retirement system and receive retirement income during their term of office.

Repeals provisions allowing permanent reemployment with the option to resume retirement system membership and make retroactive contributions.

Requires retirement income recomputation based on total state service upon expiration of a General Assembly member's term, excluding periods when retirement salary was paid.
