Postpones termination dates for 13 entities scheduled to end July 1, 2014, moving the deadline to July 1, 2015, including the police officer standards and training council, real estate commission, and fire prevention and control commission.

Postpones termination dates for 28 entities scheduled to end July 1, 2015, moving the deadline to July 1, 2016, including the state insurance and risk management board, siting council, and commission on human rights and opportunities.
