Requires individual and group health insurance policies to provide coverage for medically necessary services, equipment, and supplies from bleeding disease specialty home care pharmacies, effective January 1, 2011.

Mandates coverage for all clotting medications prescribed by licensed physicians if the policy covers outpatient prescription drugs approved by the FDA.

Defines "bleeding disease specialty home care pharmacy" as a licensed pharmacy providing clotting medications, home infusion supplies, visiting nurse services, biohazard waste disposal, 24-hour client support, and ongoing education.

Specifies covered clotting medications including Factor VIIa, Factor VIII, Factor IX, Von Willebrand Factor products, prothrombin complex concentrates, and FDA-approved bleeding disease treatments.

Applies to individual and group health insurance policies delivered, issued, renewed, amended, or continued in the state.
