Entertainment venue operators cannot restrict resale of subscription or season tickets as a condition of purchase or to retain future purchasing rights, effective October 1, 2010.

Venue operators cannot deny admission to ticket holders based solely on the fact that a subscription or season ticket was resold.

Venues with more than 3,000 seats must publicly disclose within two days of initial ticket sales: total tickets available, tickets released to the public, and tickets unavailable due to stage design or maintenance issues.

Using or selling software designed to circumvent security measures or equitable ticket purchasing processes on ticket seller websites is prohibited and classified as a class D felony.

Venue operators retain the right to enforce conduct and safety policies and may revoke tickets for violations of written venue policies or fraud related to ticket sales.
