Creates a new "farmer's market wine sales permit" allowing farm winery manufacturers to sell wine at farmers' markets in sealed bottles directly to consumers.

Permit is valid for one year and authorizes sales at no more than three farmers' market locations during that one-year period.

Annual fee for the farmer's market wine sales permit is two hundred fifty dollars.

Permit holders must comply with all applicable municipal zoning, health, and public safety ordinances or regulations, and municipalities may prohibit wine sales at farmers' markets by ordinance or zoning regulation.

Farm winery permit holders or their authorized representatives may only sell wine manufactured on their own premises at farmers' markets.
