Removes the requirement that brew pub manufacturers produce at least 5,000 gallons of beer annually to hold a manufacturer permit, effective October 1, 2010.

Allows brew pub manufacturers to sell sealed bottles of beer brewed on premises to wholesalers holding permits under the amended section 30-17.

Extends the required holding period for beer product distributorships from 6 months to 12 months before a manufacturer or out-of-state shipper can terminate or diminish the distributorship.

Removes Department of Consumer Protection approval requirement for termination or diminishment of distributorships, replacing it with written notice procedures between manufacturers and wholesalers.

Eliminates formal hearing requirements under chapter 54 for distributorship termination disputes, streamlining the process for resolving such disputes.
