Mandates quarterly financial reports to the Office of Fiscal Analysis beginning July 1, 2010, accounting for each fund and account including beginning balance, quarterly expenditures and revenues, and year-end projections

Requires quarterly personnel status reports to the Office of Fiscal Analysis starting July 1, 2010, detailing total employees, positions vacated and filled, and estimated year-end staffing levels

Directs Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee to assess report compliance within 30 days and submit findings to the appropriate joint standing committee

Effective July 1, 2010
