Amends the Urban Site Remediation Fund established under Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-133m to expand its permitted uses effective October 1, 2010.

Allows fund moneys to reimburse regional economic development entities for directors' and liability insurance costs and certain administrative expenses.

Maintains existing fund uses for environmental assessment and remediation activities at acquired properties, local property tax payments, and program administration costs.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to allocate fund money to regional economic development entities organized to remediate contaminated real property.
