Requires the advisory committee to the Office of the Victim Advocate to evaluate the office's performance and effectiveness in carrying out its responsibilities.

Advisory committee must consider whether the office should be placed within the Judicial Branch, Division of Criminal Justice, Office of the Attorney General, or remain in the Department of Administrative Services.

Advisory committee must evaluate whether changes are needed to the office's governance structure, powers, duties, and name.

Advisory committee must report findings and recommendations to the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary by January 5, 2011.
