Eliminates previous judicial salary schedules from 2002-2006 and establishes new base salaries effective January 1, 2007, for Supreme Court justices, Appellate Court judges, Superior Court judges, and family support magistrates.

Implements automatic annual salary increases beginning July 15, 2010, and every July 15 thereafter, calculated as a percentage equal to the average increase in annualized salaries of state managers for the preceding fiscal year.

Sets family support referee per diem compensation at $190 per day (effective January 1, 2005) and judge trial referee per diem at $220 per day (effective January 1, 2007), both subject to the same automatic annual adjustment mechanism.

Applies the automatic adjustment formula to per diem rates for family support referees and judge trial referees in addition to annual salaries for judges and family support magistrates.

All provisions take effect July 1, 2010.
