Establishes a task force to review and evaluate loss mitigation programs administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.

Task force consists of 10 members including the Governor, Speaker of the House, majority and minority leaders of both chambers, Senate President Pro Tempore, Banking Commissioner, and joint standing committee chairpersons on banking.

Task force members shall elect a chairperson and hold their first meeting no later than 60 days after the effective date.

Task force must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on banking by January 1, 2011, with the task force terminating on the submission date or January 1, 2011, whichever is later.

Administrative staff from the joint standing committee on banking shall serve as the task force's administrative staff.
