Mandates that advanced practice registered nurses be listed under a separate category or heading in provider listings

Allows enrollees in managed care plans requiring primary care provider selection to designate either a participating in-network physician or a participating in-network advanced practice registered nurse as their primary care provider

Requires managed care organizations to notify enrollees as soon as possible when their primary care provider terminates or withdraws from the plan
