Removes references to subsection (b) of section 32-6i from the definition of state contracts for information systems and telecommunication services in sections 4d-30, 4d-47, and 4d-48.

Eliminates the Connecticut economic information system requirement from section 32-1g(a), keeping only the Regional Economic Models, Inc. (REMI) system for the Connecticut competitiveness index.

Narrows the scope of "economic cluster" definition in section 32-4e to apply only to section 32-4h instead of sections 32-4f through 32-4h.

Repeals sections 32-1f, 32-1g, 32-4b, 32-4f, 32-6i, 32-290, and 32-291 of the general statutes, and subdivision (29) of subsection (a) of section 2c-2b.

All changes become effective July 1, 2010.
