Amends section 9-705(g) of general statutes to establish grant eligibility for minor party and petitioning party candidates for state senator and state representative based on vote thresholds from the previous election.

Minor party candidates become eligible for general election grants if their party's previous candidate received at least 10% of votes cast, with grant amounts scaling from one-third to full funding based on whether prior performance reached 10%, 15%, or 20% thresholds.

Petitioning party candidates become eligible for general election grants if their nominating petition signatures equal at least 10% of votes cast in the previous election, using the same one-third to full funding scale based on 10%, 15%, or 20% signature thresholds.

Allows supplemental grants after the general election for minor party and petitioning party candidates who report a deficit and receive a higher vote percentage than the threshold used to qualify for their initial grant, with supplemental amounts calculated to not exceed 100% of major party candidate funding.

Corrects internal statutory references from subsections (a) or (b) to subsections (e) or (f) regarding general election campaign grant amounts for major party candidates.
