Establishes a task force to examine oversight provided by professional examining boards regulating health care professions in the state

Task force shall review whether boards adequately serve public interests, maintain reasonable administrative timeframes, provide public access to proceedings, and impose adequate disciplinary penalties

Task force consists of 11 members: two each appointed by House Speaker and Senate President Pro Tempore; one each from House and Senate majority and minority leaders; Commissioner of Public Health or designee; and two appointed by Governor

Task force shall hold first meeting no later than 60 days after passage and submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on public health by January 1, 2011

Task force terminates upon submission of report or January 1, 2011, whichever is later
