Amends section 8-30g of the general statutes to provide priority for affordable housing to surviving spouses of service members killed in action in Southwest Asia during Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Priority housing assistance extends until the earlier of two dates: five years after the service member's death or when the surviving spouse remarries.
