Amends section 17a-101i of the general statutes to require the Commissioner of Children and Families to notify the State Board of Education when there is reasonable cause to believe a child has been neglected by a school employee.

Requires the Commissioner of Children and Families to share investigation information with the State Board of Education regarding abuse or neglect allegations involving school employees.

Applies to certified school employees who are subjects of substantiated neglect allegations involving children.

Referred to the Committee on Human Services in the January 2011 session.
