Requires all individual health insurance policies delivered, issued, renewed, amended or continued in Connecticut to cover chiropractic services to the same extent as physician services for covered conditions within a chiropractor's licensed scope of practice.

Limits copayments for covered chiropractic services to no more than 50 percent of the total cost of any single chiropractic service under individual policies.

Requires all group health insurance policies to provide equivalent chiropractic coverage and limits copayments to no more than 50 percent of the total cost of any single chiropractic service.

Both provisions take effect on January 1, 2012 and amend sections 38a-507 and 38a-534 of the Connecticut general statutes.
