Allows persons who violate hunting, trapping, or fishing license requirements under section 26-27 to make a charitable contribution to the Turn In Poachers Fund instead of paying the prescribed $87 fine.

Establishes the Turn In Poachers Fund to be held by the State Treasurer separate from other state funds, with interest credited back to the fund.

Fund revenues shall be used to provide grants to the Turn In Poachers nonprofit organization and to staff the Department of Environmental Protection's toll-free hotline for reporting poaching and fish and game law violations.

Allows the Department of Environmental Protection to solicit and accept moneys for the fund from federal, state, and private sources, with administrative costs paid from the fund.

All provisions effective October 1, 2011.
