Expands private land revolver permit eligibility to include spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, and lineal descendants of landowners with 10+ acres, in addition to the owner and residents with owner consent.

Permits use of a revolver to hunt deer from November 1 to December 31, inclusive, subject to the bag limits established for private land deer permits.

Requires hunters using a revolver to use cartridges of .357 caliber or larger.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to adopt regulations to implement the statute, including restrictions deemed necessary to protect public safety.

Effective upon passage; amends Connecticut General Statute section 26-82a.
