Expands disciplinary powers of the State Board of Landscape Architects to include suspension, revocation, reprimands, probation, civil penalties up to $1,000, and combinations thereof, effective July 1, 2011.

Permits landscape architecture practice by corporations and limited liability companies under a certificate of registration system, with initial application fee of $80 and annual renewal fee of $200, effective July 1, 2011.

Increases penalties for unlicensed occupational work to Class B misdemeanor and extends the definition to include advertising or listing such services without a license, effective October 1, 2011.

Establishes retirement status licenses for individuals age 65 or older holding Department of Consumer Protection licenses, prohibiting practice of their occupation, with a $20 fee and option to reinstate original license, effective January 1, 2012.
