Modifies section 47a-26h of general statutes to require court clerks to append housing services information to eviction judgment notices, effective October 1, 2011.

Document appended to eviction notices must describe housing services available through the Department of Social Services and private organizations, including contact information for both.

Commissioner of Social Services must develop the housing services document and provide it to the Office of the Chief Court Administrator for distribution with all summary process judgments.

Creates new statutory requirement that all occupants receiving eviction judgment notices be informed of available housing assistance resources in clear, simple language.
