HB 06430 Summary

• Department of Social Services must submit annual results-based accountability report cards on or before January 1, 2012, and annually thereafter covering policies and interventions under specified statutes (17b-4a, 17b-112i, 17b-112j, 17b-749l, and 17b-800a).

• Department of Education must submit annual results-based accountability report cards on or before January 1, 2012, and annually thereafter covering policies and interventions under section 10-215h and subsection (b) of section 17b-800a.

• Department of Public Health must submit annual results-based accountability report cards on or before January 1, 2012, and annually thereafter covering policies and interventions under section 19a-59g.

• All three departments must use the format prescribed by the results-based subcommittee of the joint standing committee on appropriations and state agency budgets.

• All report cards must be submitted to the joint standing committee on appropriations and state agency budgets in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes.
