Requires the Insurance Department to study the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact and submit findings to the joint standing committee on insurance

Report due no later than January 1, 2012, examining impacts of entering the compact on the state's insurance market

Study must address changes in product development, timeframes for new products, effects on consumer protections and innovation, state-specific insurance products that may be affected, and impacts on the regulatory process
