Prohibits contracting health organizations from including "most favored nation" clauses in provider contracts with physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, podiatrists, psychologists, optometrists, naturopaths, advanced practice registered nurses, dentists, and hospitals effective October 1, 2011

Bans clauses requiring providers to disclose payment rates from other health organizations or to match the lowest rates offered to any competitor

Eliminates clauses that prohibit providers from contracting with other health organizations at lower rates or allow contract termination if a provider offers lower rates elsewhere

Voids existing contracts containing these clauses on the date of next renewal or January 1, 2014, whichever occurs first, without affecting other contract provisions

Allows contracting health organizations to enforce prohibited clauses prior to their invalidation date
