Expands requirement for insurers to provide written history reports when commercial risk insurance policies are nonrenewed or cancelled to cover a four-year period before nonrenewal or cancellation, ending six months prior to that date.

Reduces timeline for furnishing history reports from 60 days to 30 days after receipt of written request when policies are nonrenewed or cancelled by the insured or cancelled by the insurer requiring ten days' notice.

Requires insurers to provide updated reports within 30 days of written request if needed for rating purposes or obtaining coverage with a different insurer.

Mandates insurers provide summary claim information within 30 days of written request from the principal named insured, including policy numbers, coverage periods, number of claims, paid losses, and loss dates for policies up to four years old.

Authorizes the Insurance Commissioner to adopt regulations implementing these reporting requirements.
