State Comptroller, Secretary of Office of Policy and Management, and director of Office of Fiscal Analysis must review CORE-CT system functionality and prepare a plan for electronic transmission of budget data to the Office of Fiscal Analysis by January 1, 2012.

Secretary of Office of Policy and Management shall transmit monthly position data to Office of Fiscal Analysis including positions vacated and filled by each state agency, effective July 1, 2011.

Administrative heads of budgeted agencies must transmit monthly personnel status reports to Office of Fiscal Analysis that include positions vacated and filled, with copies also sent to Secretary of Office of Policy and Management, effective July 1, 2011.

State Comptroller, Secretary of Office of Policy and Management, and Office of Fiscal Analysis director must jointly report recommendations and estimated implementation costs for electronic budget data linkage to the appropriations committee.
