Judicial Branch must amend the annual attorney registration form by January 1, 2012 to allow attorneys to indicate whether they maintain professional liability insurance as described in section 38a-393 of the general statutes.

All attorneys admitted to practice in Superior Court must indicate on their annual registration forms starting January 1, 2012 whether they maintain the required professional liability insurance.

Judicial Branch must publish the insurance status of each registered attorney on its Internet website by May 1, 2012 and update this information annually.

Act becomes effective October 1, 2011.
