Expands the definition of "noncarbonated beverage" to include juice, punch, tea, and sport drinks under the beverage container redemption system, effective October 1, 2011.

Removes juice from the list of excluded beverages, making juice containers subject to deposit and redemption requirements alongside water and other noncarbonated beverages.

Maintains existing exclusions for containers three liters or larger containing noncarbonated beverages and containers made of high-density polyethylene.

Aims to promote conservation and environmental protection by expanding the bottle bill to cover a wider range of beverage types.
