Establishes a childhood immunization task force to develop plans for maintaining high-quality childhood immunizations and responding to new CDC immunization recommendations

Task force shall determine how to implement a program allowing healthcare providers to select FDA-licensed vaccines through the Department of Public Health and establish cost coverage for state immunizations

Task force shall consider whether the state should continue universal immunization for children

Membership includes representatives from pharmaceutical and insurance industries, the American Academy of Pediatrics, legislative committee chairs and ranking members, and commissioners from Public Health, Insurance, Social Services, and Office of Policy and Management

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to relevant legislative committees by February 1, 2012, and shall terminate upon submission of the report or on February 1, 2012, whichever is later
