Department of Environmental Protection must submit a report to the joint standing committee on environment by February 1, 2012 regarding funding sources for remediating the Raymark Superfund site in Stratford.

Report must identify private and public revenue sources available for site remediation, including the amount of funds potentially available from each source.

Report must detail requirements for obtaining funding, the department's recommendations on which sources to pursue, rationale for recommendations, and a proposed timeline for pursuing funding.

Effective date of October 1, 2011.
