Expands prostate cancer screening coverage to include PSA tests for symptomatic men, men with family history of prostate cancer, and all men age 50 and older under both individual and group health insurance policies (effective January 1, 2012).

Requires insurance coverage for prostate cancer treatment when medically necessary and consistent with guidelines from the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, the American Cancer Society, or the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Prohibits insurers from paying contracted physicians different rates for colonoscopy or endoscopic services based on the location where services are performed (effective October 1, 2011).

Mandates that physician payment for colonoscopy or endoscopic services performed at outpatient surgical facilities must be at least equal to the payment rate for services performed at other facilities.

Allows physicians and insurers to voluntarily agree to alternative payment methodologies for these services.
