Establishes a pilot program in New London County under the Commissioner of Developmental Services to provide coordinated supports and services, including case management, for adults with autism spectrum disorder who do not have mental retardation.

Pilot program shall serve up to 75 adults with autism spectrum disorder who are ineligible for services from the Department of Developmental Services, subject to available appropriations.

Commissioner shall establish eligibility requirements and identify individualized services and supports for each participant and their family.

Pilot program shall commence January 1, 2012 and terminate no later than June 30, 2015.

Commissioner shall report to the joint standing committee on public health by January 1, 2014 regarding the results of the pilot program.
