Center for Land Use Education and Research at the University of Connecticut shall develop a central online registry containing information about real property preserved as open space and agricultural land in Connecticut, available to municipalities and state agencies effective October 1, 2011.

Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall create and maintain a map of all preserved open space and farmland from the registry, and identify lands needed to protect habitats of species of greatest conservation need under Connecticut's Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy.

Natural Heritage, Open Space and Watershed Land Acquisition Review Board shall make recommendations to the commissioner regarding acquisition priorities and shall meet at least once per calendar quarter.

Board shall annually submit a report by February 15 to the General Assembly regarding grant awards, findings, recommendations on open space and watershed land acquisition, and the commissioner's acquisition priorities.
