Amends section 22a-92(b) of the general statutes to allow structural erosion mitigation measures to protect cemetery and burial grounds in coastal areas.

Adds "cemetery or burial grounds" to the list of facilities that may justify structural solutions for coastal erosion when necessary, unavoidable, and with no feasible less damaging alternatives.

Maintains existing policy that structural erosion controls are only permissible when all reasonable mitigation measures have been implemented to minimize environmental impacts.

Effective upon passage.
