Modifies the farm land classification criteria to include land managed for wildlife management purposes, effective October 1, 2011.

Allows assessors to approve farm land classification based on a certified commercial forest practitioner's report indicating the land is managed according to a wildlife management plan that enhances native species support.

Removes the requirement to consider gross income when evaluating wildlife management applications; instead relies on the professional wildlife management report as the determining factor.

Requires wildlife management reports to be submitted as attachments to farm land classification applications and prepared by practitioners certified pursuant to section 23-65h.

Maintains existing application deadlines (30 days before or after assessment date, or 90 days after assessment date in revaluation years) and appeal rights for denied applications.
