Modifies the reporting requirements for the Connecticut Development Authority's annual report submitted to the Governor and legislative committees regarding financial assistance recipients.

Allows the Authority to withhold individual recipient names when reporting gross revenue information if recipients do not publicly disclose such data, using instead a confidential identification system.

Permits the Governor and legislative committee leaders to request and examine detailed revenue data for individual recipients in confidence, with committee chairs and ranking members authorized to share such data with committee members under confidentiality.

Effective July 1, 2011, amending section 32-11a(c) of the general statutes.
