Extends the expiration period for site plan approvals made prior to July 1, 2011 from 6 years to 9 years after approval date, with a maximum validity of 14 years including extensions (previously 11 years).

Extends the expiration period for subdivision approvals made prior to July 1, 2011 from 6 years to 9 years after approval date, with a maximum validity of 14 years including extensions (previously 11 years).

Extends the expiration period for subdivision approvals of projects with 400 or more dwelling units made prior to July 1, 2011 to 14 years after approval date, requiring completion of all work within that timeframe.

Extends the expiration period for permits issued under section 22a-42a (water quality/environmental permits) made prior to July 1, 2011 from 6 years to 9 years after issuance, with a maximum validity of 14 years (previously 11 years).

All extensions apply only to permits and approvals that had not expired prior to the effective date of this act.
