Establishes a task force to examine Connecticut's film and digital media industries, including a study of the efficacy of state film and digital media tax credits.

Task force composition includes 14 members: appointed representatives from legislative leadership (8 members), the Commissioners of Economic and Community Development and Revenue Services, two gubernatorial appointees, and chairs and ranking members of relevant legislative committees.

All task force appointments must be made within 30 days of the bill's effective date, with the first meeting scheduled within 60 days.

Task force must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the General Assembly's commerce and finance/revenue and bonding committees by January 1, 2012, and terminates upon report submission or January 1, 2012, whichever is later.
